AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC

1. SMS Messaging Terms
By voluntarily opting in through our website, you agree to receive SMS text messages from AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC.
Messages may include driving lesson information, appointment reminders, booking updates, road test information, promotional offers, discounts, and special announcements.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP.
Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

2. Driving Lessons and Booking Policy
All driving lessons and road test preparation services provided by AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
Driving lessons are generally scheduled in two-hour sessions. Students must provide accurate contact information and a valid learner's permit or driver's license when required by Florida law.
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC reserves the right to reschedule lessons due to severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, vehicle maintenance, or other circumstances affecting student and instructor safety.
For safety and insurance purposes, only the student and the certified driving instructor are permitted inside the training vehicle during driving lessons.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC requires students to provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without providing advance notice (no-shows) will also be charged a $50 fee.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before scheduling additional driving lessons.
If AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the student will not be charged a cancellation fee.
By booking a driving lesson, students acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC requires payment for driving lessons, driving packages, and road test services according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.
Payments may be made through approved payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment options available through our website.
All package prices and included services will be clearly communicated to customers before payment.
Students are responsible for completing their payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before the completion of the purchased services.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees are governed by Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Refund and Non-Refundable Package Policy
All driving lesson packages purchased from AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC are non-refundable once payment has been made, except as described below or as required by applicable law.
Students who voluntarily decide to discontinue their driving lessons, change their plans, or no longer wish to complete their purchased package are not entitled to a refund.
Students are encouraged to complete all driving lessons included in their purchased package, subject to scheduling availability and the school's cancellation and rescheduling policies.
If AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC is unable to provide the purchased services due to vehicle unavailability, operational issues, or other circumstances preventing the school from fulfilling its obligations, the school will refund the amount paid for services that have not been provided.
Any refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the purchased package and processed through an appropriate payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided under applicable Florida or federal law.
By purchasing a driving lesson package, customers acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
6. Student Responsibilities and General Terms
Students must follow all instructions provided by their certified driving instructor and comply with applicable Florida traffic laws and safety regulations.
Students must arrive on time for scheduled driving lessons and provide a valid learner's permit or driver's license when required by law.
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a driving lesson if a student engages in unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC does not guarantee that a student will pass the Florida driving test or obtain a driver's license. Test results and licensing decisions are determined by the appropriate Florida licensing authorities.
Students are responsible for providing accurate personal information and complying with all applicable licensing requirements.
AAA Dolphins Driving School LLC may update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any changes will be published on our official website.
